Brian Baillie, of Washington, won the 2008 Frederick Marathon with a time of two hours, 34 minutes and 48 seconds. Baillie finished about seven minutes better than the second-place finisher, Jay Silvio,of Frederick. Silvio crossed the finish line at the Frederick Fairgrounds in 2:41.46.
